Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By using stephuary.com or purchasing any Stephuary service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

2. What we offer

Stephuary offers:

• A free diagnostic, then (paid) Full Archetype Access—current phase access at the early access rate, with archetype systems released in phases, in-browser read, your interactive Archetype System and tools as they release for your archetype, and access to future updates. No PDF or file download.
• Snapshot — a paid, 48-hour written precision pass on one live asset, plus a 45-minute call.
• .5% Club — an application-based, annual access layer for operators.
• Custom Builds — application-based, scoped website and system builds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use any service. You represent that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Fees and payment

Prices are listed on each service’s page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Taxes, if applicable, are added at checkout.

For installment plans (e.g., Snapshot 3 × $350), all scheduled payments are due. Failure to pay scheduled installments may result in suspension of deliverables until the balance is current.

5. Refund policy

Our refund terms vary by service. All refund requests go to hello@stephuary.com.

Snapshot ($950)

After-delivery guarantee. If the 48-hour written breakdown does not name at least one change you intend to ship, email us after you receive the breakdown and we will refund in full. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The 45-minute call and rewritten block are forfeited on refund.

.5% Club ($1,500 / year)

7-day trial refund. Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first annual payment. After 7 days, no refund is available for unused access. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; the current annual term remains active until its end date.

Custom Builds ($7,500+)

Custom Builds have per-project terms set in the written proposal. The deposit secures the build slot and is non-refundable once work begins. Scope and timeline are fixed at proposal signing; changes are handled via written amendment.

Digital products and free deliverables

The free diagnostic result is delivered on completion. Full Archetype Access and other paid deliverables are provided as described on each service page—without a sold PDF or packaged file download for Full Archetype Access—and are non-refundable once access is delivered for the phase you purchased.

Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We will always attempt to resolve the issue directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate our diagnostic, archetype system, or deliverables for resale
• Impersonate another operator in applications or signals
• Use the .5% Club access to spam, solicit, or market beyond the stated purpose

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The Stephuary site, diagnostic, archetype framework, structured execution systems, written materials, and all derivative works are owned by Stephanie (Sole Proprietor) and protected by copyright and other laws.

When you purchase Snapshot or Full Archetype Access, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your own business. You may not resell, re-license, or redistribute them.

Rewrites, audits, and custom builds delivered to you for your business are yours to use. The underlying frameworks and methods remain ours.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results. Your outcomes depend on your execution.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stephuary’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept them.
