Privacy policy

1. Who we are
Stephuary is operated by Stephanie as a sole proprietorship based in Maryland, USA. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this entity. Contact: hello@stephuary.com.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to deliver our services:
- Diagnostic responses. Answers to the 7-question diagnostic on /capture.
- Account identifiers. Name and email when you purchase Full Archetype Access, submit an intake, or otherwise share contact details.
- Payment data. Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Email list data. If you subscribe, your email and engagement data are processed by MailerLite.
- Application data. For the .5% Club, the written application and structured profile fields you submit.
- Analytics data. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data — pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the diagnostic result, Full Archetype Access (including phased materials and access updates), and any paid services you purchase.
- To review .5% Club applications and operate the matching layer.
- To send transactional email (receipts, delivery of purchased items, application decisions).
- To send marketing email only if you opt in.
- To improve the site and understand what pages operators read most.
4. Who we share it with
We use the following third-party processors. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- MailerLite — email marketing and transactional email.
- Vercel — site hosting.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and DNS (if applicable).
- Primary workspace host — delivery of your interactive Archetype System as it is released for your archetype.
- Substack — newsletter publication (if you subscribe to our Substack).
- Google Analytics 4 — site analytics, only if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it for retargeting ad networks.
6. How long we keep it
We retain personal data for 36 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, tax records for completed purchases).
You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@stephuary.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, minus any data we are required to retain.
7. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold on you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Export your data in a portable format
- Stop processing your data for marketing
EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Email hello@stephuary.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States. Some of our processors (Stripe, Vercel, Google, MailerLite) also store and process data in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data may be transferred to and stored in the US. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
9. Age requirement
This site and its services are for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, email hello@stephuary.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.
